Life is like a journey on a train. We meet different people on this train who are from different backgrounds, with different interests, with different passions and with different goals. We meet, we talk, we share things, make memories and then we diverted towards different stations depending on our stations or routes we have taken to reach the station.

In my journey, when pandemic hit and I had to switch the train and then my new journey with Amal Academy began. The point is, how we made this adventure, what we needed from it to finish this journey with the unforgettable memories of starting a new one. Now, when I sit back and reflect on the journey of last three months with Amal Academy. I had many things to discuss but for me I think last session covers everything important.

On the last day of the session, We didn’t have a routine session, but we expressed our thoughts and experience about this fellowship. They were all a little nostalgic when the curriculum was done. All the time we spend together, the fun we’ve shared, the events and projects we’ve done, and the memories we’ve made have turned us emotional.

In our last session, we got divided into two breakout rooms and we played a game called “Scavenger Hunt”

In this game, we were given few riddle questions with time and the team with most to solve in time wins. We solved 23/50 and we won. One of the answer of the riddle is curtains. So, I took a picture and we as a group uploaded pictures on google drive.

It was a wonderful game for me. And we used the skills we learned from Amal fellowship (e.g., coordination, collaboration, etc.). At the end of the session, our Program Manager praised every fellow and talked about every individual and about the qualities everyone possess. At the end of the session, our facilitator shocked us by reminding us that we also have to do Project Work 12(PW), the last PW of our fellowship.😂

Personally, I think that the first and last day of fellowship remains a very odd yet incredible fact. On the very first day, we were worried about what’s going to happen, when we’re going to attend, and on the other hand, on our last day, we were once again worried about what’s going to happen when we leave, but leaving has some deep emotions, and because of this unusual fact, the last session is one of the most emotional days of my life.

To Batch 148

Now, everyone will be starting a new journey but connection and friends we made in this fellowship is something that will remain with us. In the end I want to say “ Best of Luck” to all of my fellows for their future endeavors.
